“We met with the HVAC contractor and electrician yesterday to locate some floor mounted equipment in the Mechanical Room. We were looking for any floor space to set these electrical control boxes.
We asked your guys to advise, if there was any room between the riser / FDC connection and the walkway.
They were very helpful in pursuing options and advising on what we could do to gain space in the room. I sincerely appreciate you giving us competent, courteous guys who worked with us and the owner’s representative (who was on-site) to solve a problem that wasn’t exactly theirs.

As you know, there was a “general contractor” that was supposed to be managing the various projects we had under development last year. Every project under their care was grossly mismanaged.
